Abstract:
In order to obtain a flavor of special note and with good application effect, an aroma producing endophytic Bacillus sp.Van-1 a was separated from aerial root of Vanilla.After fermenting for 3 days at 37℃ on a shaker at a speed of 200 r/min, Van-1 a enabled ferulic acid to produce a natural flavor containing vanillin and guaiacol derivatives, and from which, 10 volatile aromatic chemical components were identified by GC/MS:vanillin, vanilla acid, eugenol, 4-vinylguiacol, 4-ethylguiacol, 4-propylguiacol, 4, 4'-diguiacol, 1-butanol, 3-hydroxy-2-butanone and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol.Cigarette flavoring test showed that the natural flavorwas harmonious with tobacco in flavor and could enhance tobacco flavor, mellow tobacco smoke and improve smoking taste obviously.
