通过常规化学成分综合评价卷烟质量的稳定性

摘要: 为了探索卷烟质量稳定性的多指标综合评价方法,采用因子分析和灰色关联聚类相结合的方法对同一品牌15批次卷烟产品的总糖、还原糖、总烟碱、总挥发碱、钾和氯含量检测数据进行了统计分析,并按临界值λ大于0.8、0.85、0.9进行了聚类。结果表明:①按λ>0.8聚类,200610与200701,200601、200603、200604、200605、200606、200607、200608与200702,200602、200609、200611、200612与200703批次卷烟的常规化学成分比较接近;②按λ>0.85聚类,200610与200701,200601、200603、200604、200605、200606、200607、200608与200702,200602、200609、200612与200703批次卷烟的常规化学成分比较接近;③按λ>0.9聚类,200610与200701,200601、200603、200604、200605与200702,200606、200607与200608,200602与200612批次卷烟的常规化学成分比较接近;④当>0.8时,聚类结果与评吸结果较吻合,但个别批次不一致。因此,因子分析与灰色绝对关联聚类相结合,可以根据常规化学成分指标为同一品牌不同批次卷烟产品质量的稳定性评价提供参考。Abstract: In order to find out a comprehensive method for evaluating the consistence of cigarette quality,the chemical components including total sugar,reducing sugar,total alkaloids,total volatile bases,potassium and chlorine in 15 batches of the same brand cigarette were statistically analyzed by factor analysis and grey incidence cluster analysis,and clustered according to critical value (λ) of 0.8,0.85 and 0.9.The results indicated that:in case of λ>0.8,the samples from 15 batches clustered into 3 groups,it was quite accordant with the result of sensory evaluation,though with a few exceptions;in case of λ>0.85,4 clusters were obtained;in case of λ>0.9,7 clusters were obtained.It suggested that,combining factor analysis with grey incidence cluster,the routine chemical components in different batches of the same brand cigarette could provide a reference for quality consistence evaluation.
