Abstract: A method for simultaneously determining the residues of 22 organophosphorus pesticides in tobacco was developed with accelerated solvent extraction,solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography using isazophos as an internal standard.The results showed that the average recoveries of the pesticides ranged from 78.10% to 119.51% with RSDs of below 15%(n=6).This method is suitable to simultaneous determination of the residues of 22 organophosphorus pesticides in tobacco.
