烟草粗提物对朱砂叶螨活性的初步研究

Preliminarily Study on Activity of Crude Extracts from Nicotiana tabacum against Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduva1)

摘要: 用石油醚、苯、乙醇、丙酮和水对烟叶进行提取,获得的平行提取物在实验室内对朱砂叶螨进行了系统的触杀活性试验。结果表明,烟叶的石油醚、苯、乙醇、丙酮和水提取物均有一定的杀螨活性,其中丙酮提取物活性最强。在2.5 mg/mL浓度下,对朱砂叶螨24、48和72 h的校正死亡率分别为80.28%,89.83%和100%,对朱砂叶螨的致死中浓度为0.0699 mg/mL。

Abstract: The contact activities of petroleum ether,benzene,ethanol,acetone and water crude extracts of Nicotiana tabacum leaves against Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduva1) were experimented in laboratory.The results showed that all the crude extracts had certain acaricidal activity,and the activity of acetone extract was the highest.The corrected mortalities of Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduva1) were 80.28%,89.83% and 100% at 24,48 and 72 hrs after the contact treatment of acetone extract at a concentration of 2.5 mg/mL,the middle lethal concentration(LC50) was 0.0699 mg/mL.
