卷烟端部落丝量与卷制工艺参数的关系

Relationship Between Tobacco Loss from Cigarette End and Cigarette Making Machine Setting

  • 摘要: 为控制卷烟端部落丝量偏高的问题,对PASSIM12000型卷烟机工艺参数与烟丝整丝率和卷烟端部落丝量之间的关系进行了研究。通过试验分析,找出了影响烟丝结构的主要因素为卷烟机平准盘规格、大小针鼓间隙、大风扇风管阀门开度和扩散辊转速。结果表明,当卷烟机的平准盘凹槽为3.5/3.0mm、大小针鼓间隙为0.8mm、大风扇风管阀门开度为80%和扩散辊转速为140rpm时,可明显降低卷烟机后车身的烟丝造碎,烟支端部落丝量的不合格率由调整前的0.52%下降至0.40%。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the tobacco loss from cigarette end,the relation of PASSIM 12000 cigarette maker setting to the proportion of long strands and tobacco loss from cigarette end was studied.The main factors affecting cut tobacco size distribution were the specification of ecreteur disc,the clearance between large and small carded drum,the opening of large fan valve and the rotating speed of picker rooler in cigarette maker.The results showed that:when the pocket depth of ecreteur disc was 3.5/3.0 mm,the clearance between large and small carded drum,the opening of large fan valve and the rotate speed of picker roller were 0.8mm,80% and 140 rpm,respectively,the cut tobacco breakage generated in hopper of cigarette maker reduced obviously and the rate of tobacco loss from cigarette end beyond the set limit decreased from 0.52% to 0.40%.
