恒压供水系统在卷烟工业企业中的应用

Application of Constant Pressure Water Supply System in Cigarette Industrial Enterprise

  • 摘要: 介绍了自动恒压供水系统在兰州卷烟厂的实际应用。该供水系统采用变频器改变电动机频率,通过优化控制泵组的运行台数和变量泵电动机的转速,完成供水压力的闭环控制,在管网流量变化时达到稳定供水压力和节约电能的目的。控制装置采用PLC控制器,可实现泵组、阀门的逻辑控制,对系统中的各运行参数、控制点进行实时监控。该系统具有标准的通讯接口,与动力能源管理系统的上位机联网,实现供水系统的优化控制。实际运行结果显示,供水泵工作频率在40~45Hz之间,可节约电能27.1%~48.8%,且具有降低管道阻力、减少截流损失的效能,延长了水泵和电动机的使用寿命,降低了工作人员的劳动强度。

     

    Abstract: Taking Lanzhou Cigarette Factory as an example,the practical application of automatic constant pressure water supply system in cigarette factories was introduced.The close-loop control of water pressure in this system was realized by optimizing the number of working pumps and the rotation speed of variable pump motor.The speed of motor was regulated by a frequency converter to stabilize water pressure and save energy when the flow rate in pipeline fluctuated.PLC Controller was adopted to realize the logical control of pump group and valves and monitoring real time running parameters and control points.The system connected to a computer at higher level in power management system by a standard communication interface to optimize the control of water supply.The practical running results showed that energy consumption decreased by 27.1% to 48.8% with the working frequency of pump motor of 40-45 Hz.The resistance and restriction loss in pipeline and the labor intensity of operators were reduced,and the working lives of water pump and motor were prolonged.
