制丝线核子秤简易计量校准的实现

Simplified Calibration for Nuclear Belt Weigher in Primary Processing Line

  • 摘要: 传统的核子皮带秤是通过实物过料、人工布料等模拟工况流量和物料的均匀流动实现在线校准,但在校准过程中人工干预不易真实反映核子秤的实际工况,核子秤精度受影响较大,校准费时、费力。为此,针对制丝线四丝配比工艺流程具体情况,介绍了一种核子皮带秤生产过程中在线快速简易校准方法:首先校准后续工序皮带秤,然后以皮带秤作为量值传递的标准器,利用掺配比例推算出参与配比的核子皮带秤的真实累计数据。本方法不仅实现了生产过程中核子秤的快速在线校准,省时省力,方便快捷,也满足了计量校准量值传递的要求。

     

    Abstract: Nuclear belt weigher was usually calibrated by simulating the operating status in the processing line,while tobacco was fed and spreaded by hands.The calibration process was time-consuming and laboursome,and the precision of the weigher was affected greatly.For the nuclear weigher at the blending station,where cut tobacco,cut expanded tobacco,cut reconstituted tobacco and cut stem were blended together,a fast and simple on-line calibrating method was introduced,wherein,the belt weigher of down stream was cali-brated first,then the readings of the belt weigher was used as the standard for transfer of measured value,and the accumulated weight of nuclear weigher was calculated with the blending ratios.It is fast,convenient and labor-saving,and also meets the requirement of the transfer of calibrated measured values.
