流动分析法测定烟草中的柠檬酸和苹果酸

Determination of Citric Acid and Malic Acid in Tobacco with Flow Analyzer

摘要: 采用流动分析仪测定了烟草中的柠檬酸和苹果酸。结果表明:柠檬酸和苹果酸的RSD为2.64%、1.09%,回收率为97.5%~104.5%、97.5%~101.3%。该法适合烟草中柠檬酸和苹果酸含量的分析。

Abstract: Citric and malic acids in tobacco sample were determined with a flow analyzer.The results showed that the recoveries of the two acids were from 97.5% to 104.5% and 97.5% to 101.3% with 2.64% and 1.09% of RSDs,respectively.The method was suitable to determination of citric and malic acids in tobacco.
