植物生长调节物质对烟草叶片下表皮气孔的影响

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Stoma in Low Epidermis of Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 烤烟K326、V2品种经漂浮育苗,在第3和第7真叶期两次分别叶面喷施浓度为0、0.1、0.3、1.0、5.0mg/mL的生长素(2,4-D)和细胞分裂素(6-BA),待烟苗长出第9片真叶时取样分析。结果表明:植物生长调节物质对烤烟叶片下表皮气孔有明显的影响。随着施用浓度的增加气孔密度逐渐降低,在0.3mg/mL时达到最小值,而后气孔密度开始增加;畸形气孔比例逐渐增大;气孔开度逐渐减小。浓度>0.1mg/mL时抑制了气孔的伸长和增宽。对K326品种,两种植物生长调节物质浓度为1.0mg/mL时每对保卫细胞内叶绿体数量最多;而V2品种则是6-BA0.3mg/mL和2,4-D1.0mg/mL浓度时保卫细胞内叶绿体数量最多。

     

    Abstract: Flue-cured tobacco cv.K326 and V2 were sprayed on the foliage separately with plant growth regulators,2,4-D and 6-BA,at the concentration of 0,0.1,0.3,1.0,5.0 mg/mL respectively when the 3rd and 7th leaves grew in floating system,and the low epidermis was sampled once the 9th leaf appeared.The results showed that the stoma in low epidermis was obviously affected by plant growth regulators;with the increase of concentration of plant growth regulator,the density of stoma gradually declined,it approached the minimum when regulator concentration was 0.3 mg/mL,and increased subsequently;the proportion of shapeless stomas raised while the opening of stoma decreased gradually.When the concentration was >0.1 mg/mL,the lengthening and widening of stoma were inhibited.The number of chloroplast in each pair of guard cells of cv.K326 upped to the top when the concentration of the regulators were 1.0 mg/mL,and that of cv.V2 upped to the top when the concentration of 6-BA was 0.3 mg/mL or that of 2,4-D was 1.0 mg/mL.
