制丝线用电设备接地系统的改进

Improvement of Grounding System of Electrically Powered Equipment in Primary Processing Line

  • 摘要: 由于制丝生产线用电设备的接地系统不合理,造成用电设备间相互干扰较大,其中PE线漏电电流达到300 mA以上,在实际运行过程中经常会出现PLC与变频器通讯故障报警,影响了设备的有效作业率。为此,对该接地系统进行了以下改进:①加装一个380 V/220 V的隔离变压器,为220 V用电设备供电;②保护接地与屏蔽接地完全分开;③改变主控制柜内保护接地的方式。制丝生产线用电设备接地系统改进后,提高了控制系统的抗电磁干扰能力,因干扰而造成的故障报警现象明显减少,提高了设备的有效作业率。

     

    Abstract: The not well designed grounding system of electrically power equipment in primary processing line resulted in significant mutual disturbance,the leakage current in PE line was above 300 mA.During production,the alarm of communication failure between PLC and frequency converter occurred frequently,the efficiency of equipment was influenced.The grounding system was improved as following:1) installing an isolation transformer of 380 V/220 V to supply power of 220 V;2) separating protective grounding and shield grounding completely;3) changing the way of protective grounding in main control panel.After that,the ability of control system against electromagnetic disturbance was improved,and the alarm caused by disturbance decreased obviously.
