滤棒成型机组圆周控制系统的对比分析

摘要: 以KDF2/AF2和ZL26滤棒成型机组为研究对象,分析对比了两种滤棒圆周控制系统的控制原理。KDF2/AF2型圆周控制系统采用调节气压的方法控制滤棒直径,结构简单,维护方便,但气压与滤棒圆周的变化成非线性关系,无法进行量化调整,且调整范围小,直观性差,操作不方便;ZL26滤棒成型机组采用调节气压和气流相结合的方法控制滤棒直径,电气控制采用PID调节,使滤棒圆周测量值与实际值保持良好的线性关系模型,实现了滤棒圆周的自动调整,使滤棒圆周稳定在一定偏差范围内,提高了系统的稳定性。Abstract: The principles of circumference control systems in KDF2/AF2 and ZL26 filter rod makers were compared.KDF2/AF2 controls filter rod diameter via regulating air pressure,which features simple structure and is convenient in maintenance;its disadvantages include:non-linear relationship between air pressure and circumference fluctuation,narrow adjustable range,no digital diameter display and inconvenient in operation.ZL26 controls filter rod diameter via regulating air pressure and airflow through PID control.The determined value has good linear relationship with actual diameter,the error of rod diameter is automatically controlled within a certain range,it improves the system's stability.
