Abstract: Taking SP95 as the standards,Manufacturing Execution System(MES)was implemented in Lanzhou Cigarette Factory,which was composed of realtime/historical data integration platform,production model platform,application system developing platform,MES integration platform,enterprise data communication platform and data collection interface.The MES adopted modern integration technique,realtime processing technique,model driving technique,optimal schedule technique to perform multiple functions,such as production scheduling,ordering and dispatching,quality inspection,production standard management,equipment maintenance and management and material tracking.The MES successfully integrated with ERP,control system,high-bay warehouse system,and power system,assured whole course of production running in harmony and the ability of rapid response.
