γ射线与NaN3处理对烟草种子活力的影响

Effects of γ-Ray and NaN3 Treatments on Tobacco Seed Vigor

  • 摘要: 以K326、贵烟11和红花大金元(红大)3个品种的风干种子为材料,设置了60Co γ射线剂量和NaN3浓度及其组合处理,研究 γ射线与NaN3对不同品种烟草种子活力的影响。结果表明: γ射线、NaN3γ射线×NaN3(交互作用)、 γ射线×品种、NaN3×品种、 γ射线×NaN3×品种等因素均对种子活力有极显著影响;3个品种对 γ射线的辐射敏感性排序为贵烟11≈红大>K326; γ射线处理种子对烟草诱变的适宜剂量为330Gy;3个品种对NaN3的诱变敏感性排序为红大>贵烟11>K326;NaN3处理种子对烟草诱变的适宜浓度为3.5~4.3mmol/L;3个品种对 γ射线与NaN3复合诱变敏感性排序为红大>贵烟11>K326;复合处理中 γ射线对烟草种子活力指数的损伤效应大于NaN3

     

    Abstract: Air-dried seeds of three tobacco varieties,K326,GuiYan 11 and HongDa,were treated with various doses of γ-ray,different concentrations of NaN3,and their combinations,the effects of treatments on seed vigor were investigated.The results indicated that γ-ray,NaN3, γ-ray×NaN3(interaction effects), γ-ray×variety,NaN3×variety and γ-ray×NaN3×variety showed extremely significant effects on seed vigor index.The varieties in the order of sensitiveness to γ-ray treatment were GuiYan11≈HongDa >K326,and the appropriate γ-ray dose was 330 Gy.The varieties in the order of sensitiveness to NaN3 treatment were HongDa> GuiYan11> K326,and the appropriate NaN3 concentration was 3.5 to 4.3 mmol/L.The varieties in the order of sensitiveness to combination treatment were HongDa >GuiYan11 >K326,and the injury effects on seed vigor index by γ-ray was higher than that by NaN3 in combination treatment.
