国产拟替代进口与津巴布韦烤烟样品感官质量的比较
Comparison of Sensory Quality Between Zimbabwean Flue-cured Tobacco and its Likely Domestic Counterparts

摘要: 为弥补津巴布韦烤烟数量的不足,满足卷烟工业企业对优质烟叶原料的需求,对全国37个烟区、2个等级(B2F、C3F)2004、2005、2006年烤烟样品的感官质量进行评价,并与津巴布韦烤烟样品比较。结果表明:国产拟替代进口烤烟样品的感官质量整体低于津巴布韦烤烟,但3年来差异逐渐缩小。Abstract: The sensory quality of domestic B2F and C3F flue-cured tobacco samples of 2004-2006 from 37 tobacco growing areas was evaluated and compared with that of Zimbabwean tobacco samples.The results showed that the sensory quality of domestic flue-cured tobacco samples was not as good as that of Zimbabwean tobacco samples in general,however,the gap narrowed gradually over the years.
