正交试验法在浸梗机参数优化中的应用

Optimization of Processing Parameters in Stem Dipping by Orthogonal Experiment

  • 摘要: 为改善烟梗的预处理效果,满足配方烟梗加工工艺的要求,利用正交试验法确定出浸梗机的最佳浸梗工艺参数。极差分析和方差分析以及生产验证结果表明,其最佳浸梗工艺参数组合为浸梗机电机频率23 Hz(浸梗时间55 s)、浸梗水温50℃、贮梗时间4 h。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the effectiveness of stem pretreatment,the optimal processing parameters of stem dipping were determined with orthogonal experiment.The results of extreme difference and variance analyses and actual production showed the following optimal parameters:the working frequency of dipping machine driving motor,23 Hz(dipping for 55 s),water temperature,50℃;stem storing time 4 hours.
