Isolation and Identification of 3-Oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside from Tobacco and Analysis of its Pyrolytic Products

  • 摘要: 通过甲醇提取,常压、中压和高压制备色谱分离,从津巴布韦烤烟烟叶中提取出3-氧代-α-紫罗兰醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,得率0.0034%,并进行了质谱、紫外、红外和核磁共振结构鉴定,以及在氦气中的热裂解-GC/MS分析。结果表明,提取物为目标物,其热解产物主要是巨豆三烯酮4个同分异构体和少量3-氧代-α-紫罗兰醇。

     

    Abstract: 3-Oxo-α-ionol-β-D-gluco pyranoside was isolated from Zimbabwean flue-cured tobacco with methanol extraction and preparation chromatography at normal,middle and high pressure,its yield was about 34 μg/g based on dry weight of tobacco.The molecular structure of the compound was identified with ESI-MS,UV,IR,and NMR.The compound was pyrolyzed in He atmosphere and analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed that the compound was the target product and its major pyrolytic product was megastigmatrie-nones and the minor was 3-oxo-α-ionol.
