Abstract:
The mogroside Ⅴ in Momordica grosvenori added cigarette and its smoke particulate matter was qualitatively analyzed by four scale colliding induction mass spectrum and quantitatively determined by HPLC/ESI/MS with Hypersil ODSC
18 column(250 mm×2.1 mm i.d.,5
μm) at 30℃ and mobile phase of acetonitrile and water mixture(23:77,v/v) at the flow rate of 0.2 mL/min under a selection ion model for mole-cular ion(m/z1285.6).The results indicated that:1) the recovery of mogroside Ⅴ was 100.0% with RSD of ≤3.5% and limit of detection of 105 ng/mL;and 2) the content of mogroside Ⅴ in cigarette and its smoke particulate matter was 752 ng/cig.and 248 ng/cig.,respectively,the migration rate of mogroside Ⅴ from cigarette to its smoke was 33.0%.
