流动分析法测定白肋烟烟叶中的氨态氮

Determination of Ammonium Nitrogen in Burley Tobacco with Flow Autoanalyzer

摘要: 根据烟叶总氮的测定原理,采用蒸馏水提取和流动分析法测定了白肋烟烟叶中的氨态氮。结果表明:在0.010~0.050 g/L浓度范围内,该法的工作曲线线性良好(相关系数为0.9999),回收率在94%~108%之间,RSD为0.28%。该法适用于批量白肋烟烟叶中氨态氮的快速分析。

Abstract: Based on the principle of determinating total nitrogen in tobacco,the ammonium nitrogen in burley tobacco was extracted with distilled water,and then determined by a flow autoanalyzer.The results showed that the calibration curve possessed good linearity(correlation coefficient of 0.9999) in the range of ammonium nitrogen concentration from 0.010 to 0.050 g-.The recovery was 94% to 108% with RSD of 0.28%.
