烟用二醋酸纤维丝束飞花的影响因素及改善对策

Factors Influencing Flyings'Generation in Cellulose Acetate Tow Production and Measures for Reducing the Same

  • 摘要: 为了解决醋酸纤维工业生产过程的难题--飞花,采用X-射线衍射、热重分析、丝束张力测试等方法,分析了烟用二醋酸纤维丝束生产过程中原材料木浆粕、丝束张力、卷曲机运行工况、丝束上油、浆液过滤、二氧化钛对飞花的影响。结果表明,原材料木浆粕的特性及批次之间的物化性能差异是导致飞花无法根除的直接原因,而在烟用二醋酸纤维丝束生产过程中降低丝束张力、降低丝束超喂率、调节卷曲机对辊压力及卷曲机压板压力,飞花问题可以得到有效改善。

     

    Abstract: X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and tow tensile test were adopted to analyze the factors influencing flyings' generation,such as wood pulp,tow tension,running status of crimper,tow oiling,spinning solution filtration and TiO2.The results showed that it was the characteristics of wood pulp and variations of physical and chemical properties between different batches that made flyings' generation unavoidable,however,flyings could be effectively reduced by decreasing tow tension and tow overfeed,and properly setting the pressure between paired rollers and pressure of compressor plate in crimper.
