模糊-PID控制在梗丝流化床中的应用

摘要: 梗丝流化床干燥系统存在的主要问题是出口梗丝含水率波动大、不稳定,通过对干头、湿头产生原因的分析,设计了基于PLC的模糊-PID控制方案和二维模糊控制器。应用结果显示,运用模糊-PID控制方法对梗丝流化干燥系统进行改造,系统的动态性能指标明显改善,抑制了温度滞后性对控制系统的影响,增强了控制系统的稳定性能,改善了梗丝的内在质量。每批次产品的干头、湿头梗丝明显减少,梗丝的月合格率由原来的60.3%提高到92.0%以上。Abstract: The major problem existing in cut stem fluidized drying system was the wide moisture content fluctuation of output cut stem,PLC-based fuzzy-PID control and two-dimensional fuzzy controller were designed via analyzing the causes of over-dried and under-dried cut stem.The results indicated that the dynamic performance indexes of the system were significantly improved by fuzzy-PID control,the effect of temperature lag on the control system was restrained,the stability of the system and the quality of cut stem were improved.The amount of overdried and under-dried cut stem per batch decreased obviously,and the monthly qualified rate of cut stem increased from 60.3% to 92.0% and above.
