Abstract: The residues of permethrin,cylfuthrin,cypermethrin,alphacypermethrin,and deltamethrin in 31 cut tobacco samples of the same brand from different sites in a primary processing line were determined simultaneously by SPE and GC/MS.The results showed that the recoveries of the five pyrethroids ranged from 75.7% to 110% with 0.65% to 5.63%(n=6) of RSD and 2.9-36 μg/kg of the limits of detection.The permethrin,cylfuthrin,cypermethrin and alphacypermethrin were detectable in all the samples,however their contents were all below maximum residue limit.
