Abstract:
In order to develop a method for the determination of residues of 11 carbamate pesticides in tobacco, liquid chromatography-mass/mass spectrometry was applied.Pesticide residues were extracted with acetone/water,the extract was liquid-liquid distributed by dichloromethane and cleaned up by NH
2 column. The samples were separated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography, and the eluent was determined by LC-MS-MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode, and with D7carbaryl as an internal standard. The results showed that:when the mass concentrations of added standards were 0.05,0.2,0.4
μg/g,the average recovery was from 69.2% to 121.0% and the relative standard deviation was from 1.0% to 12.0%.It satisfied the requirements of multi-pesticide residue analysis.
