Determination of Carbamates Residues in Tobacco by LC-MS-MS

  • 摘要: 为建立烟草样品中11种氨基甲酸酯农药残留的分析方法,采用液相色谱-质谱/质谱(LC-MS-MS)联用分析技术,使用丙酮/水溶液振荡提取烟草中的农药残留成分,萃取液经过二氯甲烷液液分配,然后采用固相萃取柱(NH2)净化。使用反相液相色谱对农残样品进行分离,以氘代甲萘威为内标,采用多反应监控模式(MRM)进行定量分析。结果表明,当加标质量浓度水平为0.05、0.2、0.4μg/g时,平均加标回收率为69.2%~121.0%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~12.0%。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop a method for the determination of residues of 11 carbamate pesticides in tobacco,liquid chromatography-mass/mass spectrometry was applied.Pesticide residues were extracted with acetone/water,the extract was liquid-liquid distributed by dichloromethane and cleaned up by NH2 column.The samples were separated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography,and the eluent was determined by LC-MS-MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode,and with D7carbaryl as an internal standard.The results showed that:when the mass concentrations of added standards were 0.05,0.2,0.4 μg/g,the average recovery was from 69.2% to 121.0% and the relative standard deviation was from 1.0% to 12.0%.It satisfied the requirements of multi-pesticide residue analysis.
