Abstract:
The relationships between soil nutrients in tobacco-growing bases and the contents of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco were analyzed with descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The results indicated that:1) the soil in tobacco-growing bases was rich in nutrients in general, but the nutrients were not evenly distributed. The K content was lower and protein content was higher in flue-cured tobacco;2) the content of organic matter in soil was significantly positively correlated with alkali-hydrolyzable N in soil and the contents of nicotine, total N and protein in flue-cured tobacco, and it was significantly negatively correlated with the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco. The soil pH value was significantly negatively correlated with the contents of nicotine, total N and protein in flue-cured tobacco and it was significantly positively correlated with the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco;3) within a certain range, the contents of nicotine, total N,protein and K in fluecured tobacco raised with the increase of the contents of alkali-hydrolyzable N,available P,available K and organic matter in soil, the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco raised with the increase of the contents of available K and pH value in soil, and the content of chlorine in flue-cured tobacco raised with the increase of the content of water-soluble chlorine in soil.
