Abstract: In order to select effective disinfectants for clipping tools against TMV in tobacco floating seedbed system,six disinfectants,including Luxianfeng(16% chlorine dioxide),Yubao(40% N-hydroxyethyl-methylamine),Jundujing(0.6% sodium dichlorisocyanurate),bleaching powder,Bingdute(20% moroxydine hydrochloride·B copper) and Duxiao(24% mixed alphotic acid copper EC) were tested.The results showed that 100% relative control effects were achieved with 16% chlorine dioxide at a dilution of 300,40% N-hydroxyethyl-methylamine at a dilution of 100 or 150,24% mixed alphotic acid copper EC at a dilution of 800,0.6% sodium dichlorisocyanurate at a dilution of 200 or bleaching powder at a dilution of 20,after the tool was soaked for five minutes.
