烟草马铃薯Y病毒病病株的空间分布

摘要: 为了确定马铃薯Y病毒病(PVY)病株空间的分布型,对田间病害的11次调查结果进行了聚集度指标计算,对不同发病率下丛生指数I、Ca指标、聚块性指标m*/m、扩散系数C等进行了分析,并根据Iwao理论抽样数公式计算出不同病株密度下的理论抽样数。结果表明:病株密度在4.32653株/样方以下(发病率<17.31%)时,PVY田间病株呈聚集分布,病株个体间相互吸引,分布的基本成分为个体群;当病株密度为5.48148~7.96296株/样方(发病率21.93%~31.85%)时,病株呈均匀分布。病株为聚集型分布的,其理论抽样数应大于均匀分布,在田间发病率1.143%~9.061%时,理论抽样数可相应选定2950~425株。Abstract: In order to determine the spatial distribution pattern of tobacco potato virus Y,the aggregation indexes of the data from 11 field disease investigations were calculated,the clumping index(I),Cassie index(CA),patch index(m*/m) and dispersion coefficient(C) at different incidences were analyzed,and the theoretical sampling numbers at different incidences were also calculated with I wao's formula.The results indicated that the field diseased plants assumed an aggregated distribution pattern,the diseased indivi-duals attracted each other and the basic distribution component was group of individuals when the diseased plant density was below 4.32653 plants/25 plants(disease incidence <17.31%);the diseased plants assumed an uniform distribution pattern when their density reached 5.48148 to 7.96296 plants/25 plants(disease incidence was 21.93% to 31.85%).The theoretical sampling number for aggregated distribution should be larger than that for uniform distribution.The sample number would be 2950 to 425 plants when the disease incidence was in the range of 1.143% to 9.061%.
