新型叶丝、梗丝高膨胀干燥设备的设计应用

Design&Application of New High Expansion Dryer for Cut Rag and Cut Stem

  • 摘要: 目前卷烟企业采用的各种在线干燥膨胀叶丝或梗丝的高膨胀干燥设备,都是采用高温工艺气体(过热蒸汽)对叶丝或梗丝进行快速干燥,但使用效果差别较大,且只能单独处理叶丝或梗丝,因此设备投资大,运行成本高。为此,开发设计了可以干燥叶丝或梗丝的高膨胀干燥设备SH9611型燃油(气)管道式烘丝机,可利用高温工艺气体(过热蒸汽)在低氧环境中对叶丝或梗丝进行快速膨胀、干燥定型。该设备采用管塔结合式的干燥管道,降低了设备高度;通过增加气料比和干燥管道长度,有效降低了烘丝温度,叶丝烘丝温度232℃,梗丝烘丝温度210℃。烘后叶丝和梗丝与SH962型相比,烘丝温度降低35℃左右,烘后叶丝整丝率提高约3百分点,碎丝率无变化,烟丝填充值略有降低,可满足制丝工艺标准要求,膨胀后叶丝和梗丝感官质量均有明显改善和提高。

     

    Abstract: All online high expansion driers now used in cigarette factories adopt high temperature process gas(superheated steam) to dry cut rag or cut stem.The driers are designed specially for cut rag or cut stem and need high capital investment and running cost.Therefore,a new high expansion drier suitable for both cut rag and cut stem(SH9611 oil/gas-fueled pipe drier) was developed,which uses high temperature process gas(superheated steam) to expand,dry and fix cut rag or cut stem rapidly and incorporates longer drying duct to reduce drying tower's height.By increasing the ratio of gas to material and the length of drying duct,the drying temperatures of cut rag and cut stem decrease to 232℃ and 210℃,respectively.Comparing with SH962 Flash Drier,the drying temperature decreases by 35℃,the proportion of long strands in dried cut rag increases by 3 percentage points,while the small particle content does not change.The filling power of cut rag is up to the technical standard of primary processing though it decreases slightly,and the sensory quality of expanded cut rag and cut stem is improved obviously.
