基于X射线的烟条缺包检测系统

System for Detecting Carton with Cigarette Pack Missing Based on X-ray

  • 摘要: 称重式烟条缺包检测方法在使用过程中存在较多的漏检和误检,为此,设计了基于X射线的烟条缺包检测系统。该系统主要由软X射线发生器、上下排烟接收器和单片机等组成,利用同步信号检测烟条是否进入数据采集区,采用A/D转换模块对每条烟包实时采集200个数据(上下排烟包各100个),并将采集数据与基准值和标准烟条数据进行对比分析,若有缺包烟条通过主控制器即发出停机连锁或剔除信号。实际运行表明,基于X射线检测系统与称重式检测装置相比,烟条缺包检出率由94%提高至98%,误检率由11‰降低至小于5‰。

     

    Abstract: Detecting carton with cigarette pack missing by its weight fails to identify the fault carton exactly,therefore a detecting system based on X-ray was designed.The system comprises a soft X-ray generator,a first receiver for receiving top layer cigarette packs,a second receiver for receiving bottom layer cigarette packs,and a single chip microcomputer;it adopts synchronized signals to monitor cigarette packs entering into data collecting area.200 data per cigarette carton(100 each for top and bottom layers of cigarette pack) are real-timely collected by an A/D adaptor,and the data are compared and analyzed against the benchmark and standard value,the main controller will release a "stop" or "rejection" signal in case a cigarette carton with pack missing is going through.The actual running results showed that comparing with carton weighing detector,the detection rate of pack missing carton of the new system increased from 94% to 98% and rate of wrong rejection decreased from 11‰ to less than 5‰.
