Catalytical Capability of CuO-CeO2 for CO Oxidation and its Application in Cigarette

  • 摘要: 采用共沉淀法和焙烧法制备了CuO-CeO2,并考察了Ce含量、焙烧温度对CuO-CeO2催化氧化CO性能的影响,以及应用于烟丝中对卷烟烟气焦油、烟碱、CO含量和卷烟吸味的影响。结果表明:①于250℃下焙烧3 h制备的含10% CeO2的CuO-CeO2催化氧化CO的性能较好;②与对照相比,烟丝中添加0.4% CuO-CeO2的卷烟烟气CO降低12%~13%,但其吸阻、烟气焦油、烟碱释放量和吸味均变化不大,且放置时间对CuO-CeO2催化降低卷烟烟气CO的效果影响不大。

     

    Abstract: CuO-CeO2 was prepared via coprecipitation and calcination.The effects of Ce content and calcination temperature on the catalytic activity of CuO-CeO2 and the effects of CuO-CeO2 addition to cigarette filler on the tar,nicotine,CO deliveries and taste of cigarette smoke were investigated.The results showed that:CuO-CeO2 containing CeO2 of 10% calcined at 250℃ for 3 hours had better catalytical capability for CO oxidation.The CO delivery of cigarette containing 0.4% of CuO-CeO2 decreased by 12%-13% comparing with the control,while tar,nicotine and smoke taste changed unsubstantially,and the catalytical capability of CuO-CeO2 for oxidizing CO in cigarette smoke was not significantly affected by storage time.
