卷烟真伪鉴别的近红外定性分析方法

Application of Near-infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy in Discriminating Counterfeit Cigarettes from Genuine

  • 摘要: 为解决目前卷烟真伪定性鉴别手段单一的问题,采用近红外光谱定性检测技术进行了卷烟真伪鉴别试验。通过对检测样品进行预处理:在40℃下烘焙2h,粉碎,过40目筛,解决了由于送检样品的含水率、烟丝完整性的差异而导致经常产生误判的问题。并选择3个样品进行验证,检测准确率分别为97.52、96.94、98.61,结果表明,应用近红外光谱技术进行卷烟真伪的定性判别是可行的。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide an alternative method for cigarette authenticity discrimination,a method based on near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS) was experimented.The sample was dried(2 hours at 40℃),ground and sieved(40 mesh) prior to NIRS test to eliminate errors caused by the variation of moisture content and size of cut tobacco.Three samples were tested and the accuracy was 97.52%,96.94%,and 98.61%,respectively.The results showed that it was feasible to use NIRS for cigarette authenticity discrimination.
