烤烟增温浅水育苗试验

Flue-cured Tobacco Seedling Culturing in Shallow,Higher Temperature Water

  • 摘要: 为解决南方烟区烤烟育苗中低温危害问题,以当地常规育苗方式为对照,实施了铺设有氧发酵底物试验,对育苗营养池水温、烟苗生育期和成苗后烟苗素质进行了测定。结果表明:在苗床底铺设10kg甘蔗渣和2kg稻草秸秆,可以提高苗池水温3℃以上,缩短烤烟育苗周期近17d;成苗后的烟苗茎杆高大粗壮,叶数多,根系发达、活力高,根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积显著大于对照;烟苗硝酸还原酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、叶绿素及可溶性蛋白质含量也均高于对照,而游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量则显著低于对照。

     

    Abstract: In order to find a solution to low temperature damage during tobacco seedling culturing in south China,aerobic fermentation bedding was experimented with local conventional seedling culturing method as the control,the water temperature in nutrition pool,growing period of tobacco seedling and vigor of grown seedlings were determined.The results showed that laying 10 kg bagasse and 2 kg rice straw under the seedbed could increase water temperature by 3℃,reduce seedling growing period by 17 d,and the grown seedlings had stronger stems,more leaves and well developed and vigorous root systems.The total absorption area and active absorption area of root system were obviously larger than that of the control.In addition,the activities of nitrate reductase and superoxide dismutase,contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein were higher,while the contents of free praline and malondialdehyde were much lower than the control.
