电子鼻技术在卷烟内在品质分析中的应用

Application of Electronic Nose in Cigarette Quality Analysis

  • 摘要: 为了客观分析卷烟内在品质,建立了电子鼻分析卷烟内在品质的实验方法,结果表明:①优化的实验条件是:进样体积500μL,顶空温度80℃,顶空时间20 min;②电子鼻可以分辨不同类型及同一类型不同风格的卷烟,结果与感官评价一致;③用电子鼻建立某一牌号卷烟的统计质量控制(SQC)模型,可成功识别合格产品和质量异常的样品。该方法样品处理简便、分析速度快、无污染。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze cigarette quality objectively,a new method based on electronic nose was deve-loped and the results showed that:1) the optimal experiment conditions were:sample in feed volume 500 μL,head space temperature 80℃,and head space time 20 minutes;2) electronic nose was able to distinguish cigarettes into types or styles agreeable to sensory evaluation;3) the statistical quality control(SQC) model of a cigarette brand based on electronic nose could discriminate qualified products from abnormal ones successfully.The method is simple in sample treatment,rapid in analysis and free of pollution.
