Abstract:
In order to analyze cigarette quality objectively,a new method based on electronic nose was deve-loped and the results showed that:1) the optimal experiment conditions were:sample in feed volume 500
μL,head space temperature 80℃,and head space time 20 minutes;2) electronic nose was able to distinguish cigarettes into types or styles agreeable to sensory evaluation;3) the statistical quality control(SQC) model of a cigarette brand based on electronic nose could discriminate qualified products from abnormal ones successfully.The method is simple in sample treatment,rapid in analysis and free of pollution.
