膨胀叶丝微观结构的SEM表征

Characterization of Microstructure of Expanded Cut Tobacco by SEM

  • 摘要: 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了叶丝膨胀前后的表面和断面显微结构变化,对不同膨胀强度下叶丝断面的SEM照片进行图像处理与数据分析,结果表明:未膨胀的叶丝组织结构紧密,表皮细胞向内凹陷,呈褶皱状;膨胀后的叶丝组织结构疏松,表皮细胞向外凸出,表面光滑、褶皱减少;随着膨胀强度的增加,孔隙直径<4μm的孔隙数量减少,孔隙直径>4μm的孔隙数量增加。孔隙直径<6μm的孔隙总面积减小,孔隙直径<6μm的孔隙总面积增加。对于CO2膨胀叶丝,孔隙直径<2μm时孔隙数量和孔隙总面积与叶丝的膨胀率线性关系极显著。对于科创膨胀叶丝,孔隙直径为2~4μm时孔隙数量和孔隙总面积与叶丝的膨胀率线性关系极显著。

     

    Abstract: The surface and sectional microstructure of cut tobacco was observed by SEM before and after expanding,and image processing of the sectional microstructure photographs of cut tobacco expanded at different expansion rates were carried out.The results showed that:1) the structure of cut tobacco before expansion was tight and with recessed and wrinkled epidermal cells,while that of expanded cut tobacco was open and with protruding epidermal cells of smooth surface and less wrinkles;2) with the increase of expansion rates,the number of pore <4 μm in diameter and the area occupied by pores <6 μm in diameter decreased,while the number of pore >4 μm in diameter and the area occupied by pores >6 μm in diameter increased;3) for CO2 expanded cut tobacco,there was a significant linear relationship between expansion rate and the number of and area occupied by pore whose diameter was <2 μm;and for KECHUANG expanded cut tobacco,there was a significant linear relationship between expansion rate and the number of and area occupied by pore whose diameter was 2-4 μm.
