烟丝气力输送风洞试验

Wind Tunnel Test in Pneumatic Conveying of Cut Tobacco

  • 摘要: 为了深入探讨烟丝气力输送的特征与规律,建立了烟丝气力输送风洞试验系统,对速度和湍流度试验数据分析结果表明,风洞试验系统的气流稳定性系数η小于0.005,证明该风洞具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。在圆锥形试验段内对4种品牌烟丝进行了流动性实验,结果表明:①烟丝气力输送风洞试验系统设计合理,符合烟丝流实验要求;②烟丝的悬浮速度是以概率分布曲线形式表现的速度区间。当风速较低(Re<1.5×105)时概率分布曲线斜率较小;达到某一速度(3.0×105 >Re >1.5×105)后曲线斜率急速增大;继续增加流速(Re>3.0×105),曲线斜率逐渐减小并趋于平稳;③烟丝物料中长度小于2.5 mm烟丝微片的悬浮速度较小,约占试验烟丝总重量的5%;杂质和结团烟丝的悬浮速度较大,约占试验烟丝总重量的5%;正常烟丝的悬浮速度在前两者之间,约占试验烟丝总重量的90%;④在本实验条件下烟丝、杂质分离的区间Re数为3.0×105~4.0×105

     

    Abstract: In order to study the characteristics of pneumatic conveying of cut tobacco in depth,a wind tunnel test system was established.The analyzed results of velocity and turbulivity test data showed that the stability coefficient of air current of the test system was less than 0.005,which indicated that the wind tunnel had good uniformity and stability.The test results of 4 brands of cut tobacco in the conical test section showed that:1) the design of wind tunnel test system was reasonable and in accord with the requirements of tobacco flow experiment;2) the floating velocity of cut tobacco performed in the form of a probability distribution curve,the slope of the curve raised relatively slowly at lower air velocity(Re<1.5×105),it increased steeply when air velocity reached into a certain range(3.0×105 >Re >1.5×105),the slope diminished and flattened gradually at higher air velocity(Re>3.0×105);3) the floating velocity of short cut tobacco(shorter than 2.5 mm),which accounted for about 5% by weight of the test sample,was lower;that of non-tobacco-related materials(NTRM) and clustered cut tobacco,which accounted for another 5% of the test sample,was higher;that of regular cut tobacco,which accounted for about 90% of the test sample,was between the previous two;4) Re ranged from 3.0×105 to 4.0×105 was the region where the separation of tobacco from NTRM took place under this experimental conditions.
