吹扫捕集-GC法检测卷烟包装材料中挥发性有机化合物

Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Cigarette Packing Materials by Purge and Trap-Gas Chromatography

摘要: 采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱联用法测定了7种卷烟包装材料样品中的18种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的残留量。结果表明:①方法的检出限0.02~1.42 ng/cm²;平均回收率为91.32%~99.37%;RSD在0.17%~2.74%之间;②所有样品中均未检出苯;③采用DB-WAXETR色谱柱能将间二甲苯和对二甲苯分离并准确定量;④条形包装纸样品中所含的VOCs成分较多,且含量较大,含量较高的是乙酸丙酯和乙酸正丁酯;盒包装纸的VOCs残留量较少。

Abstract: 18 volatile organic components(VOCs) in 7 kinds of cigarette packing material were determined by purge and trap-gas chromatography.The results indicated that:1) The average recoveries of the VOCs were ranged from 91.32% to 99.37% with the RSDs of 0.17% to 2.74% and the limits of detection of 0.02 to 1.42 ng/cm²;2) No benzene was detected in all samples;3) The m-xylene and p-xylene could be successfully separated and accurately determined by the capillary column of DB-WAXETR;4) Carton samples contained more VOCs and at higher concentrations,especially propyl acetate and n-butyl acetate;while residual VOCs in packet blanks were at lower concentrations.
