抽吸方式对卷烟主流烟气烟草特有亚硝胺释放量的影响

Effect of Smoking Regime on Tobacco Specific N-Nitrosamines Yields in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为考察抽吸方式对卷烟主流烟气中烟草特有N亚-硝胺(TSNAs)释放量的影响,采用ISO、Massa-chusetts和Health Canada 3种抽吸方案分别抽吸了15种国产卷烟,而后采用GC/TEA法测定了这些卷烟主流烟气粒相物中的NNN、NAT、NAB、NNK释放量。结果表明:与ISO方案相比,采用Massachusetts方案(50%封闭滤嘴通风孔)或Canada深度抽吸方案(100%封闭滤嘴通风孔),滤嘴打孔卷烟烟气TSNAs总释放量增加100%以上,高通风率卷烟样品的增幅达200%以上;滤嘴不打孔卷烟烟气TSNAs总释放量增加50%左右。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of smoking regime on the yields of tobacco specific N-nitrosamines(TSNAs),15 cigarette samples were smoked under three smoking regimes,ISO,Massachusetts and Health Canada methods,respectively.The NNN,NAT,NAB and NNK in particulate matter of mainstream cigarette smoke were determined by GC/TEA.The results showed that comparing with ISO standard method,the yields of TSNAs in mainstream smoke of perforated filter cigarettes,high ventilation filter cigarettes,and unperforated filter cigarettes increased by more than 100%,over 200%,and about 50%,respectively,with Massachusetts method(half of vent holes blocked) and Health Canada method(all of vent holes blocked).
