Abstract: Using cv.Yunyan 87 as experimental material,the quality of cured tobacco leaves,curing cost,output value of 3 types of bulk curing barns(XM-1,small bulk curing barn and upgraded conventional flue curing barn) and a conventional flue curing barn were compared.The results showed that all the 3 bulk curing barns were superior to the conventional one in terms of energy consumption,proportion of high and middle grade tobacco leaves,appearance quality,average price and output value.Comparing with the conventional flue curing barn,the curing cost per kg cured tobacco leaves of XM-1,small bulk curing barn and upgraded conventional flue curing barn decreased by 33.76%,22.94% and 22.94%,respectively;the proportion of high and middle grade tobacco leaves increased by 3.36%,4.35% and 4.31%,respectively;the net output value raised by 200.91,188.75 and 183.82 yuan/667 m²,respectively.Among them,XM-1 bulk curing barn has the advantage of bigger capacity,lower cost,ease of operation and higher curing income.
