香料烟中蔗糖酯的气相色谱/质谱分析

Analysis of Sucrose Esters in Oriental Tobacco by GC/MS

  • 摘要: 建立了一种以蔗糖八乙酸酯为内标,二氯甲烷超声提取,N,O-双(三甲基硅基)三氟乙酰胺衍生化,气相色谱/质谱法测定香料烟中的蔗糖酯(SE)含量的方法,并采用该方法测定了10个香料烟样品中的SE含量。结果显示:①该方法的回收率86.21%~99.56%,RSD 3.11%~4.58%,检测限0.168μg/mL;②10个香料烟烟叶样品中5种不同分子量的SE含量均为SE(Ⅳ) >SE(Ⅲ) >SE(Ⅴ) >SE(Ⅱ) >SE(Ⅰ),且以SE(Ⅳ)和SE(Ⅲ)为主;③香料烟中的SE含量随着其产地、品种和等级的不同而变化,其中产地可能是主要影响因素。

     

    Abstract: A GC/MS method was developed for analyzing the sucrose esters(SEs) in oriental tobacco samples.Tobacco sample was ultrasonically extracted with methylene chloride,then derived with N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide,and determined by GC/MS with sucrose octaacetate as an internal standard.The SEs contents in ten samples were tested.The results showed that:1) the recoveries of SEs ranged from 86.21% to 99.56% with RSDs of 3.11% to 4.58% and the limit of detection of 0.168 μg/mL;2) the SEs of 5 different molecular weights in order of their content in samples were SE(Ⅳ) >SE(Ⅲ) >SE(Ⅴ) >SE(Ⅱ) >SE(Ⅰ),and dominated by SE(Ⅳ) and SE(Ⅲ);3) the SEs contents in samples changed with the grown area,variety and grade,and grown area might be a major influencing factor.
