综合平衡法在滚筒管板烘丝机工艺参数优化中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Equilibrium Method in Optimizing Technological Parameters of Cylinder Dryer with Corrugated heating Plate

  • 摘要: 为提高滚筒管板烘丝机的烘丝质量,采用正交试验设计与综合平衡法分析了热风温度、滚筒转速、热风风门开度和排潮风门开度4个工艺参数对烘后叶丝质量的影响,结果表明:在试验范围内,热风温度90℃,滚筒转速9r/min,热风风门开度50%以及排潮风门开度60%为最优方案,并对其进行了试验验证。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the drying quality of cylinder dryer with corrugated heating plate,the effects of 4 technological parameters(temperature of hot air,rotational velocity of cylinder,opening of hot air valve and wet air exhaust valve) on the quality of dried cut tobacco were studied with orthogonal experiment and comprehensive equilibrium method,the results showed that:within the tested range,the optimal parameters were temperature of hot air 90℃,rotational velocity of cylinder 9 r/min,opening of hot air valve and wet air exhaust valve 50% and 60%,respectively.The results were verified by testing and practical application.
