  • 摘要: 烟草异物剔除系统在配方学习过程中,很容易将颜色与烟叶相近的异物学习到颜色库中,导致该类杂物的剔除率较低;受风力等因素的影响,面积或体积较大的异物剔除也比较困难。为此,提出了通过颜色库过滤的方法处理颜色与烟叶相近的异物;当检测到大块异物时通过特别设计的报警装置人工将异物从烟叶中分拣出来。实验结果表明,该方法提高了系统的可靠性,杂物剔除率由原来的90%提高到97%。

     

    Abstract: When creating a color bank,those foreign matters whose color is relatively close to tobacco leaf are apt to be recognized as acceptable tobacco by the color bank of a tobacco sorter,which results in a lower rejecting rate of foreign matter.Foreign matters of larger area or volume are hard to be rejected because of air velocity or other factors.Therefore,a color bank filtering method was proposed to reject the foreign matters whose color is close to tobacco leaf,and a specially designed alarm device would be triggered when larger foreign matter was detected,then they were manually rejected.The experiment results showed that the reliability of the system was improved and the rejecting rate of foreign matter increased from 90% to 97%.
