铸涂法再造烟叶成型技术

Forming Reconstituted Tobacco with Cast Coating Process

  • 摘要: 为了更好地利用烟梗、烟末,做到节能减排,采用挤压疏解和磨浆相结合的打浆工艺,采用类似高光泽铜版纸铸涂的方法生产再造烟叶。结果表明:①采用铸涂法生产出的再造烟叶质量与造纸法生产的接近;②最优化铸涂工艺条件为:涂布定量为80 g/m2,烟梗:烟末为6:4,胶黏剂用量为6%,其中CMC:瓜尔胶为1:2,铸涂温度100℃;③相对造纸法,铸涂法生产1 t再造烟叶成品节约水62~79 t,600kg/h的生产线可节约能耗近15%。

     

    Abstract: A cast coating process similar to the process for producing glazed enamelled paper for producing reconstituted tobacco from tobacco midribs and fines was developed.The slurry was prepared by squeezing and defibrination.The results showed that:1) the quality of reconstituted tobacco produced with that process was similar to that produced with paper making process;2) the optimal technique conditions were:coating rate 80 g/m2,ratio of midrib to tobacco fine 6:4,adhesive rate 6% containing CMC and guar gum at a ratio of 1:2,and casting temperature 100℃;3) comparing with paper making process,the cast coating process saves 62 to 79 tons water per 1ton reconstituted tobacco,and saves energy consumption by about 15% for a 600 kg/h production line.
