Abstract: On the basis of the production requirements,manufacturing technology and factory layout of Yan'an Cigarette Factory,an automatic logistic system for finished cigarette products and auxiliary materials was designed,which was composed of computer system,automatic control system,automatic high-rise warehouse,automatic receiving/shipping transfer system,AGV-based automatic handling system and robot palletizing system.A final implement scheme of automatic logistic system for finished cigarette products and auxiliary materials was certified by comparing and analyzing each sub-system in link-up and stand alone modes.The practical application showed that the reliability and veracity of the logistic system reached 99.10% and 99.99%,the capacities of receiving/shipping transfer system and AGV handling system reached 129 pallet/hour and 45 pallet/hour,respectively;the fully automatic material handling from auxiliary material receiving to finished product shipping was realized.
