在咪唑鎓离子液中氯化亚铜催化合成巨豆二烯二酮

Catalytic Synthesis of Megastigmadiendiones with Copper(Ⅰ) Chloride in Imidazolium Ionic Liquid

  • 摘要: 为了解决巨豆二烯二酮合成产率低、污染严重的问题,进行了以紫罗兰酮为原料,叔丁基过氧化氢作氧化剂,氯化亚铜、氯化铅、氯化铈、氯化铝、氯化镍等金属盐作催化剂在咪唑鎓六氟磷酸(bmimPF6)离子液中催化合成巨豆二烯二酮试验。结果表明:在bmimPF6离子液中,以氯化亚铜作催化剂,叔丁基过氧化氢作氧化剂,由α-紫罗兰酮和β-紫罗兰酮能有效地合成4,7E-巨豆二烯-3,9-二酮和5,7E-巨豆二烯-4,9-二酮,产率分别达68%和55%。CuCl-bmimPF6可回收并重复使用6次,在此体系中CuCl以纳米粒子形态催化该反应。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low yields and serious pollution to environment in synthesis of megastigmadiendiones,the experiments on catalytic synthesis of megastigmadiendiones from ionones with metal salt catalyst(such as CuCl,PbCl2,CeCl2,AlCl3,NiCl2,etc.) and tert-butyl hydroperoxide as an oxidant in imidazolium hexafluorophosphate(PF6) ionic liquid were conducted.The results showed that using CuCl as a catalyst,4,7E-megastigmadien-3,9-dione and 5,7 E-megastigmadien-4,9-dione were efficiently synthesized from α-ionone and β-ionone,and their yields were up to 68% and 55%,respectively.The catalytic system of CuCl/PF6 could be reclaimed and used repeatedly for 6 times.In that system,CuCl in its nanoparticle form catalyzes the reaction.
