Determination of Main Active Compounds in Tincture of Radix angelica Pubescens with HPLC-DAD-MS

  • 摘要: 为了控制独活酊剂质量,建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器-质谱(HPLC-DAD-MS)联用检测独活酊中的4种主要活性成分——二氢欧山芹醇乙酸酯、蛇床子素、二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯和二氢欧山芹醇的方法。结果表明:①MS和DAD结合适合主要活性成分定性,DAD适合定量;②4种主要活性成分的相对标准偏差均小于2%,蛇床子素的回收率为104.7%,检测限为1.093μg/mL。该方法适合独活酊中这4种主要活性成分含量的检测。

     

    Abstract: A method for determining the main active compounds,including columbianetin acetate,osthole,columbianadin and columbianetin,in the tincture of Radix angelica Pubescens with HPLC-DAD-MS was established to control the quality of the tincture.The results indicated that the combination of MS and DAD was suitable for qualification of the four compounds,while DAD was suitable for quantification.The RSDs of these compounds were below 2%,the recovery of osthole was 104.7% with the limit of detection of 1.093 μg/mL.
