造纸法再造烟叶生产工艺的改进

Technological Improvement of Paper-making Process Reconstituted Tobacco

  • 摘要: 为解决造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中出现的问题,在原生产工艺中加入一段搓丝处理,研究了搓丝机转速、水洗温度、烟梗含水率对搓丝效果的影响。分析了加入搓丝处理对萃取效果、打浆效率、片基强度的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:搓丝机的转速为200r/min,搓丝前水洗温度为40℃,搓丝时烟梗的含水率为30%~35%。在满足生产要求的情况下,加入搓丝处理可以提高萃取效率15%左右,节省打浆时间和能耗30%以上。

     

    Abstract: In traditional paper-making process of producing reconstituted tobacco, a step of stem stripping was added.The effects of stripper's rotation speed, washing temperature and moisture content in tobacco stems on stripped stem were discussed, and the influences of stem stipping on extraction, pulping and sheet-base strength were also investigated.The results showed that the optimum stripping effect was obtained when rotation speed, washing temperature and the range of stems' moisture content were 200 r/m, 40℃ and from 30% to 35%, respectively.Stem stripping increased extraction efficiency by about 15%, and reduced pulping time and energy consumption by more than 30%.
