  • 摘要: 为了测试与评价微波重量控制系统应用于PROTOS70卷烟机后的微波扫描精度和系统控制精度,根据PROTOS卷烟机重量控制系统的结构和工作原理,利用统计学方法对重量控制系统进行了评价,即采用目标重量取样计算短期偏差检查扫描头的扫描精度,用长期标准偏差和组重极差检查重量控制系统的控制精度,以及检查废品剔除功能评价重量控制系统的性能。该方法简单易行,能够客观地评价控制系统的综合性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to test and evaluate the scan precision of microwave scanning and control precision of microwave weight control system in PROTOS 70 cigarette maker, the weight control system was evaluated by statistical methods according to the structure and working principle of weight control system in PROTOS cigarette maker, namely, the scan precision of the scanning head was examined by calculating short-term deviation from target weight, the control precision of weight control system was examined by long-term standard deviation and extreme difference of group weight, and the performance of weight control system was evaluated by examining the functioning of waste rejecting.This method is easy, simple, and able to evaluate the performance of control system comprehensively and objectively.
