冗余现场总线技术在打叶复烤生产线上的应用

Application of Redundant Industrial Fieldbus in Tobacco Threshing and Redrying Line

  • 摘要: 传统的现场总线技术存在着可靠性差、抗干扰性差、安装难度大、接头易松动等缺点,设备运行时经常出现网络故障。为此,贵州毕节顺泰烟叶有限责任公司的12000kg/h打叶复烤生产线控制系统,采用了美国Rockwell公司的冗余ControlNet工业现场总线及分布式I/O技术、工业以太网技术。分析了该控制系统的结构配置、软硬件设计及现场操作站的主要功能。该生产线经过生产运行,控制系统稳定可靠,环行的工业以太网及冗余ControlNet现场总线提高了打叶复烤生产线现场设备控制的实时性和可靠性,且易于集成扩展、维护方便。

     

    Abstract: Traditional fieldbus has the disadvantage of frequent network failures because of its poor reliability and resistance to disturbance, difficulty in installation and liable to have loose contact.The control system in 12000 kg/h threshing and redrying line of Guizhou Bijie Shuntai Tobacco Limited Corporation adopted Rockwell redundant ControlNet industrial fieldbus, distributed I/O, and industrial Ethernet technologies.The configuration, design of software and hardware, and main functions of field operating station were analyzed.The practical running of the tobacco threshing and redrying line proves that the control system is stable and reliable, its looped industrial Ethernet and redundant ControlNet filedbus are helpful in improving real-time control and reliability, and the system is ease of integration, extension and maintenance.
