槐米、金针花浸膏的抗氧化活性及其对卷烟危害性的影响

Antioxidant Activity of Flos Sophorae immaturus and Day-lily Concretes and Their Influences on Health Risk of Cigarette

  • 摘要: 为降低吸烟的危害,进行了槐米浸膏和金针花浸膏的抗氧化活性试验,槐米浸膏、金针花浸膏、纤维素酶和中性蛋白酶混合物添加的卷烟烟气对SPF小鼠和Wistar大鼠的急性毒性致死试验。结果表明:①槐米浸膏和金针花浸膏具有较强的清除·OH和·O2-自由基的能力;②与对照组相比,抽吸含槐米浸膏、金针花浸膏、纤维素酶和中性蛋白酶混合物卷烟的大鼠存活时间明显延长,其心肝肺组织损伤程度明显较轻。

     

    Abstract: For reducing the health risk of smoking, the antioxidant activity of a mixture of Flos Sophorae immaturus concrete and day-lily concrete was determined, the acute toxical death experiments of SPF mouse and Wistar rats exposed to the mainstream smoke of cigarettes added with a mixture of Flos Sophorae immaturus concrete, day-lily concrete, cellulase and neutral proteinase were conducted, and the sections of heart, lung and liver from dead rats were histopathologically examined as well.The results showed that:1) the two concretes were strong in scavenging the free radicals, ·OH and ·O2-, and 2) comparing with the control, the rats exposed to mainstream smoke of cigarette spiked with the mixture survived significantly longer and their internal organs were obviously less injured.
