Abstract: In YB25 soft packet packer, the label is drawn from the bottom of a stack of labels with a plate which separates the bottom label from the neighboring one by air streams ejecting out of the holes on it, the hole is considerably small and liable to be blocked, which resulted in ill separation.Rollers were then adopted, which lifted the label stack in the hopper when the plate moves backward and forward, meantime, the bottom label was picked up by the sectional end surface of a sector roller.The bottom label was well separated from the others and kept intact.The whole process ran smoothly and reliably, it increased the machine efficiency, dispensed with compressed air pipelines and reduced maintenance cost.
