ZL41复合滤棒成型机料斗系统的改进

  • 摘要: ZL41复合滤棒成型机料斗系统的振动装置不能保证连续为旋转的切割鼓轮的每个槽填充滤棒,从而造成机器停机。为此,设计了一套带轮输送组件应用于料斗系统,该组件由支架、带轮轴、同步带轮、槽轮、张紧轮、同步带等零部件组成,通过支架上的两个螺钉孔固定在分切传动箱体上。改进后ZL41复合滤棒成型机的料斗系统,解决了因鼓轮槽缺料而造成的机器停机问题,停机次数由原来的6~8次/天降低到0次,整机有效作业率由75%提高到90%。

     

    Abstract: The vibrator in hopper systemin ZL41 combined filter maker failed to ensure uninterrupted feed of filter rod to the grooved cutting drum and occasional machine stop resulted.Therefore, a pulley conveying unit was designed for the hopper system, which consisted of support bracket, pulley shaft, timing belts and pulleys, grooved wheel, and tensioner and was fixed on the body of the cutting driving box.The machine stop caused by the Absence of filter rod in the grooved cutting drum was totally eliminated, and the machine efficiency increased from 75% to 90%.
