主成分分析法在烟用香精质量控制中的应用

Application of Principal Component Analysis in Quality Control of Tobacco Flavor

  • 摘要: 为了快速有效地控制不同批次烟用香精的质量,采用同时蒸馏萃取-GC/MS法对同种香精6个不同批次、掺兑不同比例5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%(质量分数)其他香精、不同比例5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%(质量分数)乙醇稀释及其他2种不同种类的香精样品的挥发性成分进行了分析,通过计算所有色谱峰的相对保留值和相对峰面积建立了香精样品的指纹图谱,并通过指纹图谱的主成分分析(PCA)和投影分析对样品进行模式识别。结果表明:PCA投影法能区分掺兑5%其他香精或5%乙醇稀释的样品。PCA投影法可以作为烟用香精质量控制的一种有效手段。

     

    Abstract: In order to quickly and effectively control the quality of tobacco flavors of different batches, the volatile components in the samples from six batches of the same flavor with the inclusion of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%(mass fraction) other flavors and diluted with 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%(mass fraction) ethanol, and two other tobacco flavors were analyzed with simultaneous distillation and extraction and GC/MS.The fingerprint spectrums of the samples were established by calculating the relative retention values and relative peak areas of all chromatographic peaks of those volatile components, and the pattern recognition of flavor samples was carried out with principal component analysis(PCA) and projection analysis of the fingerprint spectrum.The results showed that flavor sample with the inclusion of 5% other flavors or 5% ethanol was distinguishable by PCA projection method.PCA projection method can be used as an effective means for quality control of tobacco flavors.
